Round six and the final round of the Schumacher Winter Series presented by the Louth Radio Control Car Club took place this past weekend.
13.5 Blinky the qualifying would be very close for the top spot. Ricky Lee (Awesomatix/6K Racing) would continue his fine form at Louth by taking the top spot with his Awesomatix A800 MMCX, with his TQ would secure his championship. Nathan Winyard would lead the Xray charge followed by Chris Lovely and Andrew Green. Kyle would show well in front of Daniel Burks, the Capricorn of Mikey Mansell.
During the final Ricky Lee would have a bit of a slow start and be tagged by Nathan Winyard which would allow Chris Lovely to sneak through from third. The first corner incident would bring the rest into play. Chris Lovely would take the lead until late into the race where a mistake would be pivotal in the outcome as Nathan Winyard would charge back through the field to take the win from Chris race to 2nd. Champion Ricky would have his own battle back through the field , Andrew Green in 4th halting his podium run. Kyle Lee would hold 5th from Mikey Mansell, and retirements for Jason Lovely and Daniel Burks
